Return & Refund Policy

Returns/Replacement Policy:

Due to the nature of the items, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.

Delivery is the responsibility of the shipping company; therefore, KaRa Gifting will not accept returns or issue refunds for any damage sustained during the shipment process. Customers are advised to get in direct contact with the shipping company in any such situation.

We accept Return of orders purchased through www.KaRaGifting.com subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below :

  • Return or Exchange requests will be entertained only in case the product(s) received are wrong.
  • Buyer/Receiver has to inform us the wrong products immediately on receipt of the goods. Customers claiming missing items or products would have to produce an unedited unboxing video (with EXIF data). The video should clearly show that the package is unopened from all sides and include opening of the package. The customer would be required to share the full video to contact@KaRaGifting.com.


Refund Policy:

We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are two failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency or the package is refused by the recipient.

Return & Refunds are typically completed in 8-10 working days. If in case, refund doesn’t appear in your account you can always follow up with us at contact@KaRaGifting.com.
