ORDER CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER<\/span><\/p>\n

  • KaRa Gifting shall deliver product you have purchased within the promised delivery timeline, however, if you have ordered a product by mistake, you may cancel the order by logging in to your KaRa Gifting Account before DISPATCH\u00a0<\/i>of the product.<\/li>\n
  • If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Service representative and inform them of the same.<\/li>\n
  • If it is Prepaid Order, the amount will be refunded to you within 4-5 days provided that the order has not been shipped.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    ORDER CANCELLATION BY KaRa Gifting<\/span><\/p>\n

    A) Under some rare situations, KaRa Gifting can also raise an order cancellation request. These situations could be:<\/p>\n

    1. Product is out of stock.<\/li>\n
    2. Product is not worth shipping.<\/li>\n
    3. Restrictions on the number of products you can order, as per terms & conditions of any Offer\/Discount.<\/li>\n
    4. Incorrect pricing or description of the product.<\/li>\n
    5. Incorrect or Incomplete Buyer’s Address.<\/li>\n
    6. Non-serviceability at the Buyer\u2019s address by our courier partners.<\/li>\n
    7. Any other reason, which is beyond the control of the product Seller.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      B) If it is Prepaid Order, the amount will be refunded to you within 4-5 days, in accordance with our Refund Policy. We will notify you through messages on your Email\/WhatsApp\/Text when an order is cancelled due to any of the above reason.<\/p>\n
